Will my order be chilled before delivery?

1-Hour Delivery
Certain products, like white wines, beers, and champagnes, will be chilled so that they can be enjoyed upon delivery. Please refer to the product page for indication.

Standard Delivery
All products will not be chilled.

What are your 1-hour delivery timings?

We provide 1-hour deliveries daily from 11am to 2am, including weekends and public holidays till 4am.

What are your self collection timings?

Self collection at 12 Tai Seng Link #06-02 Singapore 534233 from 3pm to 1030pm, including weekends and public holidays.

What other payment methods do you accept?

We also accept PayNow and Cash on Delivery (COD) for 1-Hour Delivery.

Are there any other fees or surcharges that I need to be aware about?

1-Hour Delivery
• Orders below $50 will incur a $20 delivery fee.
• Deliveries on Public Holidays, include the Eve, will incur an additional $8 surcharge.
• Deliveries after 10pm will incur an additional $3 surcharge.

These additional fees and surcharges are necessary to cover delivery charges from our partners.

Standard Delivery
• Orders below $100 will incur a $10 delivery fee.
